Can I use a wildcard?

Yes, the supported comment wildcard * matches comment text on the chosen post. It does not validate giveaway entries, select winners or remove Meta sending restrictions.

Does a comment open the 24-hour DM window?

Not by itself. The initial comment private reply has separate Meta rules. The person must reply before an ongoing eligible DM conversation can continue.

Are all matching comments guaranteed a DM?

No. Missing permissions, a deleted comment, recipient restrictions, API limits or delivery errors can prevent a send. Test from another account and review the message log.

What can I send for a booking enquiry?

Send your existing booking link and supplied details. This comment-to-DM workflow does not itself check an external calendar or confirm the booking.
