On Creator, only Comment-to-DM is available. Comment-to-DM: a GUIDE comment on the Reel you selected triggers a private reply with your resource link. On Pro and higher plans you can also use an incoming DM keyword reply: a customer sends SIZE and receives the size-guide text and link you wrote. Story reply: a reply to your Story that matches your keyword (or any reply, if you choose) receives your configured answer. Lead questions: after the configured trigger, Repli asks your questions one at a time and saves completed answers for review.
AI conversation replies are optional and use your own instructions; each AI reply draws on metered credit, so check the AI credit guide before enabling them. Manual takeover pauses automated replies for one person while your team responds.
